Liszt Ferenc Memorial Museum and the Liszt Academy Among Best Sights of Budapest

The Liszt Academy and the Liszt Ferenc Memorial Museum and Research Centre have been awarded the Expert’s Choice Prize. The prestigious international commendation is bestowed on less than two 2% of the tourist attractions throughout the globe.

The New York based enterprise ranks restaurants, hotels, and a number of touristic attractions grounded on the feed-back by more than 70 leading travel related publications and Web pages (e.g. The Michelin Guide, The Lonely Planet, The New York Times).

The prize by TripExpert.com has been awarded to the Liszt Ferenc Memorial Museum and Research Centre and the Liszt Academy for the first time in 2018. The Liszt Ferenc Memorial Museum received 85 points based on the ranking of four users and thereby entered the top list of Budapest spectacles. The museum has been acclaimed by the journalists because of its authentic paraphernalia and distinguished concerts of classical music, while the Liszt Academy with its 74 points has been characterized as a “brilliant concert hall and symbol of European musical education”.
