The main building of the Liszt Academy completed in 1907 is not only the centre of concert life of the university but also that of education.

The building of the Liszt Academy is open to the public only in an organised form. In order that teaching classes remain undisturbed, the building is closed until the hour prior to the evening performance. For further information on the guided tours in the main building of the Liszt Academy, please click on Guided Tours in the main menu.

University life continues as usual even after relocation of the various departments into the main building on Liszt Ferenc Square.
