Dohnányi Orchestra Budafok / BDZ Day

Program change

A day close up with Dohnányi Orchestra Budafok (BDZ): rehearsals, concerts, behind-the-scenes, conversations, film screenings – BDZ workshop, together with the audience. The orchestra’s programme, which they intend to make a regular feature, is designed to show from close up what a production involves, how the musicians go about preparing for concerts, and what delights and difficulties attend their work. Head of orchestra Gábor Hollerung personally devotes considerable effort to explaine music and this is also the mission of the audience get-together prior to the grand concert marking the closure of the workshop, when there is the opportunity to chat informally with members of the ensemble.
